Course Description
This is NOT simply a "computer" course. It is an overview course designed to introduce students to the application of technology to solve problems and meet human needs and wants. All activities use hands-on experiences in a module-based lab to motivate students to make connections between concepts and real-world applications. Students will use math, science, language arts, and social science knowledge to develop deeper problem-solving skills they can apply to every facet of their lives.
Enhancing module work, students will use “Technology Today and Tomorrow” as a classroom text and participate in many problem-solving challenges throughout the year.
